Tilak heads the Financial Services Tower in the India Shared Service Centre (ISSC) for Dell Technologies.
He is also the Theatre Lead for the Asia Pacific region for Credit & Collections. He is responsible for service delivery, people and customer management for his multiple teams across the globe.
He is a business graduate with honors in Accounting, Grad CWA, ATC (ICAI) and also has Greenbelt certification in Six Sigma methodologies from GE (Fairfield).
Tilak has more than 19 years of experience in the Shared Service and Outsourcing industry. He has played key roles in setting up Global In-house centers for Finance and Accounting Shared services and creating virtual captive models leveraging his expertise in the fields of Operations management, Process Re-engineering and Business Transformations.
He is considered as one of the experts of the Shared Service industry in the field of using Robotic Process Automation and Analytics to enhance customer experience and for constantly challenging and evolving service delivery models.
He is an internationally published author, illustrator and co-founder of a Company promoting eco friendly tourism.
