Following an idiosyncratic “portfolio career” in music and technology, Oisin Lunny is today (mostly) a public speaker and event MC.
He has chaired, moderated and given keynote presentations at over 200 conferences in every corner of the world, including TEDx and six times at SXSW.
He is a regular contributor to Forbes, has written extensively in The Guardian, and other media appearances have included CNN Business News, CNN World Business Today, BBC Radio One, BBC Click, BBC World Service, The Observer, The Telegraph, Customer Experience Magazine, Business Reporter, The Drum, Tech Week Europe, IT Pro Portal, Mobile Marketing and CMO.com.
Oisin is Chief Evangelist at OpenMarket and Music Editor of PHOENIX Magazine, sits on advisory boards for SXSW, DMWF, DTS and CXFO, and was named the #5 most engaged marketer in the UK by LinkedIn.
He maintains a parallel profile as a film composer, producer, and DJ. Some of his creative career milestones include: a UK top 30 hit, a #1 Club hit, collaborations with Gangstarr & Sinead O’Connor, supporting Depeche Mode & U2 live, and composing music for films such as After The Dance, Men Of Arlington, 50 Shades of Gay, Mean Machine and Human Traffic.
