KK Diaz is a customer success champion, business strategist, author and speaker. He is also CEO of A-Game Business Consulting, a business coaching consultancy that helps business people overcome their challenges as well as to achieve sustainable growth.
He is a business strategist that helps small and large businesses alike, to implement innovative business strategies, business processes and systems that ensure effective execution and achievement of business goals.
His latest book, The A-Game Sales and Marketing Manual, helps business people (specifically marketing and other executives) gain a holistic view of Sales and Marketing as a set of business processes that can and should be clearly defined, and therefore easily repeatable, within the business.
The book also emphasises on how to understand and establish the necessary processes to ensure the business can establish long term trust relationships and create great experiences for both internal and external clients, as well as other stakeholders.
KK Diaz is accredited facilitator of the Sirdar Contribution Compass, through which he assists individuals and teams to harness their natural energy for maximum contribution and performance. He is also the youngest certified facilitator of The Dealmaker Program, where he teaches business people about the principles of deal making and negotiation as tools for increasing profitability in their business deals.
