The darling of the UK broadcasting world, Jeremy Nicholas

The Customer Experience World (CEW) Conference in Birmingham on the 17th October guarantees to offer solutions for the CX issues that every business face today!

We will introduce a line-up of speakers who will reveal strategies and the much-needed insights for Customer Experience in business today, like never before!

We are all familiar with the darling of the UK broadcasting world, Jeremy Nicholas. Jeremy is widely regarded as someone who can bring a discussion to life, by making it accessible to everyone in the room. He is the Event Chair at the Birmingham CEW2017 on 17th October and is best known for presenting the breakfast show on BBC London as well as The World Today on the BBC World Service.

Globally he's known for his live commentary of the Paralympics at London 2012 and subsequent World Championships. Children across the world know him as the voice of the best-selling video game FIFA 15 and all its predecessors back to FIFA 06. Over the years for the BBC he's commentated on many football finals at Wembley, royal events and general elections.

He is the Director of Talking Toolbox, which teaches public speakers to be engaging and entertaining in their presentations.

Jeremy is an ideal facilitator for the Birmingham CEW2017

With his wealth of experience as a TV and radio presenter he's often used by blue chip companies like IBM and Samsung to host their events. He's widely regarded as someone who can bring a discussion to life, by making it accessible to everyone in the room. He's particularly good at moderating panels, drawing on years of interviewing guests on his radio show. He's taught at the BBC College of Journalism, so he's considered an expert in his field.

He's spoken at five international conventions of the Professional Speaking Association and has twice been the host of the event. He was the 42nd person to be awarded a Fellowship of the PSA. He regularly speaks at events across UK and Europe.

His radio work has been recognised with a Sony award and he won a New York Academy award for his live commentary at the Hillsborough Disaster.

Jeremy is a great lover of sport

A great lover of sport, Jeremy has worked as the stadium announcer at Wembley, Twickenham and for sixteen years at West Ham United FC. He's used to standing on a pitch with a microphone and talking to 85,000 people, so he's very at home in front of an audience.

Having worked in media all his life Jeremy is now increasingly working in business environments as an MC and facilitator. Inspired by his forays into the business world he's realised his dream by buying an artisan luxury chocolate business in London.
