It is that time of the year and yes it is true – time does fly when you have fun – but as we are preparing for 2018 could you kindly assist us in completing the 2018 CX Expectation Survey!

The Customer Experience World (CEW) conference is coming to a close for 2017 and we are getting ready for 2018. This year CEW focused on the customer experience and in particular digital strategies, celebrity service, employee experience, the era of the robot, future trends, what can be expected from the customer going forward and more, including various case studies; all brainstormed and debated in workshops.
