The Kilimanjaro climb led to KK’s first book, ‘The Climb’, and he has authored two more books since then. In his latest book, ‘The A-Game Sales and Marketing Manual’, he details how business people (specifically marketing and other executives) can gain a holistic view of Sales and Marketing as a set of business processes that can and should be clearly defined, and therefore easily repeatable, within the business.

Today, KK Diaz is the CEO of A-Game Business Consulting, a business coaching consultancy that helps business people overcome their challenges as well as achieve sustainable growth. He is a business strategist that helps small and large businesses to implement innovative business strategies, business processes and systems that ensure effective execution and achievement of business goals.
He also facilitates Mindset Change and Leadership Development programmes, designed to help companies create a culture of positive, passionate people, who can adapt and thrive in times of rapid change and challenge. He is now known as the youngest certified facilitator of ‘The Dealmaker Programme’, where he teaches business people about the principles of deal making and negotiation, as tools for increasing profitability in their business deals.

KK Diaz has stated that he climbed Kilimanjaro to rob South Africans of their excuses – excuses that failure is caused by lack of experience and funding. By doing something he had no experience in and no funding for, KK Diaz proved that anything is possible with the right attitude and mindset.
